❖ Contact ‘Email’ field is filled in
❖ Contact ‘Mobile’ field is filled in.
❖ Contact ‘Mailing Country” field is filled in. (if no mailing country is selected then by default Australia (+61) phone code will be selected.
There are two ways in which the CRM user is able to trigger the OscilloVault functionality for the contact.
➢ Once the button ‘Request Vault Password’ is clicked then that will initiate an email to be sent to the Associated Contact, and begin the workflow.
➢ Once
clicking on ‘Request Vault Password’ the system user will receive the following
message:

➢ The
Contact will receive the Following Email:

➢ They will be instructed to click on the provided url link.
➢ Once
clicking on the link in the email, they will be redirected to the OscilloVault

➢ The
contact will need to verify that it is the correct person by selecting ‘Send
Code’, the contact will receive a 6 digit code via SMS so that they will be
able to verify. The phone number is based on the Contact “Mobile” field in the
crm record.

➢ Once
arriving on this page, the contact can now place their Secrets. The Contact can
have a maximum of 5 secrets at one time, through the ‘Add Another Secret’
button.

➢ Once
the contact has pressed the submit button, they will be given the option to
proceed OR to stay on the current page.

➢ One
they press ‘Done’ the encryption process will start.

➢ After
the Encryption is completed, the confirmation page will show up for the
Contact, on this page they can either close the page, or ‘Request a New Link’
which will send an email to the CRM user, notifying them to send another zoho
vault link to the current contact.

➢ An
Email will Go to the CRM user notifying them that the secret has been added.

If the Contact, select the button
“Request A New Link” an email will be sent to the CRM user, notifying them to
initiate the process again for the current user.

When the contact receives the
confirmation message, the secret will show up in the folder ‘OscilloVault
Standard’, from there the Zoho User can use the credentials to access the
necessary sites/applications.
