Overview

Zoho CRM 2 Direct SMS is an extension developed by Oscillosoft that allows users to send SMS from Zoho CRM Leads, Contacts, and Potentials Modules. 

Users can send custom SMS to individual customers or can send bulk SMS to up to 100 customers at a time. Automation rules can also be setup within the CRM to send bulk or individual SMS. The CRM will then be able to receive SMS replies from customers and store them against their record. Besides sending and receiving SMS, CRM also keeps logs of the customer use of the Opt-Out feature which is included in each sent SMS.
