2. Installation
ClickSend SMS Extension Configuration needs to be done in two separate areas.
2.1 To install ClickSend SMS
You can either go to the Zoho Marketplace and install the extension or log in to your Zoho CRM account to install.
To install the extension
Click Setup > Marketplace > Extensions > All.
Click All Extensions, browse and click ClickSend.
The details about the extension will be available. Click Install.
5. Please confirm the install
6. Check to agree on the Terms of Service and click Continue to Install.
7. Then Choose Users/Profiles and click Confirm
Install for admin only - The extension will be installed in CRM for only the users with the administrator profile.
Install for all users - (Recommended) The extension will be installed in CRM for all users.
Choose profiles - The extension will be install automatically for the specified users.

You
cannot change this later without reinstalling the plugin (losing your
data in the process). Please choose your options wisely. We recommend
installing for all users. If needed, features can be hidden from users later.
8. Then take a 10-day free trial or take a $10 monthly payments.
A popup window will appear with success a message. Click Skip.
Once you complete the installation, you have to configure the extension. You can find the ClickSend SMS settings (tab) in your CRM tab options (3 dots) Please see the below picture.
To get the ClickSend API
Username and ClickSend API key you need log in
ClickSend account. If you do not have an account, you will need to
sign up.
Click on API credentials (key sign)
Now do the following steps to complete the installation
Copy the ClickSend API Username and paste it in the CRM API Key
Now type the API Secret. This is basically a password that will be used in the CRM as well. Copy and paste the API Secret in the CRM ClisckSend SMS API Secret.
ClisckSend Extension Caller ID have three option

Option 1: You leave the "ClickSend SMS Caller ID" blank
If
you leave the "ClickSend SMS Caller ID" blank any SMS's that you send will
come from a Shared Number pool that ClickSend SMS controls. This Shared
Number can change between SMS. Replies to your SMS's will appear as
normal in your SMS History.
Option 2: You enter your assigned Virtual Number
ClickSend SMS's provides client with the option of buying a Virtual Number. This
number is assigned to your ClickSend SMS account and all SMS's will be
associated with this number. This number will not change unlike when
using a Shared Number. Replies to your SMS's will appear as normal in
your SMS history.
Option 3: You enter anything else
You
have entered anything in this field, eg "Oscillosoft". When people
receive your SMS's they will see the sender as what you've written into
the field, ie "Oscillosoft". When they reply to your SMS in this case
however you will not be able to see the replies.
Then, Click on Save.
Click Update Profile. Now ClickSend SMS Extension is integrated with your ZOHO CRM.
