SMS Settings - Zoho Desk 2 Direct SMS
Username and Password creation process
Inside your Direct SMS Account, go to -
Configuration > API Settings
Click on the “Create new key”
Set Username and Password
Click on the “Create key” button to save the changes
Note: You have to enter this Username & Password
Please go to Preference and enter the Username and Password and save the settings.
Username - You will get the user name in Direct SMS portal
Password - You will get the password in Direct SMS portal
Webhook URL - Copy the URL and paste it to the Direct SMS portal
