  1. Browse, add, delete, and modify files and folders of Zoho CRM records, choose the desired location for the Leads and Deals modules, and sync them to the integrated Google Drive account. Files and folders will remain intact even once you convert your lead to a deal.
  2. The widget can use both account name and contact name for creating leads or deals folders, depending on circumstances. One account/contact folder can have multiple deals.
  3. Synchronize files and folders between Zoho CRM and Google Drive bidirectionally.

Q12. Why is Zoho CRM not connecting to GoogleDrive?

This can be the result of an incorrect API URL or API Key that was copied into the settings during the setup process. Check that there are no spaces in the API URL and the API Key fields when copying them into the extension settings.
