Create SMS Template

The plugin provides the opportunity to use templates, so you do not need to write the SMS content every time.

Custom Templates can be created or used for the widget. By clicking on the “Templates” button, the template page will open. There will be no template available by default. The user needs to create a template. After creation, the template will be available in the drop-down list.

 

Step 1: Templates can be created by clicking on “Manage Template” button. A new page will load upon clicking on the button.



Step 2:
"New Template” button: The message field will be enabled by clicking this button.
Template Name: Put your Template Name
Merge Field: You can Merge Fields from the dropdown list.

Message:
In the message section, the message can be written.

After complete writing, you can save the template by clicking the “Save” button.

After saving the template successfully, a successful message stating “Template Added Successfully!” will appear.
