The ClickSend Extension for Zoho Desk establishes two-way communication through an interactive SMS system. Users can communicate with their clients directly from the Zoho Desk tickets by sending SMS. They can even send SMS to clients' phone numbers. This plugin generates a completely new communication medium, driving customer acquisition, and retention at the same time.  

The SMS sent by you will be marked as an outbound message and the SMS sent by a client will be marked as an inbound message. All the outbound and inbound messages will be stored by this extension. As a result, you will have a complete record of all the messages in your Zoho Desk ticket.
