Access Required For Zoho Market Extension fix

In order to investigate the root cause of the issue we need the following access:

Zoho CRM Access

For us to assist you in your Zoho CRM, please provide and do the following:

  • Username (Email ID) and Password - usually the administrator
  • If you have two-factor authentication (2FA) setup for your account, please kindly ensure that it is temporarily turned off while we investigate

Burst SMS Account Access

  • Username and password

Steps to undertake after the fix

Your security is of utmost importance, after we finish providing our support, we advise you to do the following for their respective systems.

  1. Turn on 2FA
  2. Change your password
